Boy Scouts Host Christmas Tree Recycling Pick-Up

LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore Boy Scout Troop 924 will collect discarded Christmas trees from residents in January and recycle them. Sign-ups for the Livermore service, which is a scout project and fundraiser, are underway.

The pick-up will be Saturday, Jan. 5, and trees should be curbside by 8 a.m. Funds raised by the project are used by Troop 924 to pay for camping and scouting activities.
